Beeland Co-op’s BBQ Fundraiser Program provides opportunity for non-profit/registered charitable organizations to host a community barbecue at our food store in Tisdale or Arborfield. 

We are partnering with local groups every Friday in our Tisdale food store parking lot from May 17 to September 6 and in Arborfield every Friday from June 7 to June 28 to help raise funds!

Your local group can apply to host up to 2 barbecues. Don't delay, the deadline to apply is May 10, 2024.

We welcome applications from:

• Non-profit/registered charitable organizations exempt from taxation under the Canada Income Tax Act, whose programs and services benefit our community
• Not-for-profit community groups and organizations

How it works:

• Applications are accepted until May 10, 2024
• Applications are reviewed and the recipients will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis dependent on date availability.
• Recipients must submit a Temporary Event Food Vendor Application to Sask Health Authority at least 2 weeks prior to the bbbq date, provide a report to Beeland Co-op on the success of the program, how the funds were used and the impact the funds had on the program. This report shall be provided within one week of completion of the program or project.
